In case of cancellation of the tour by the customer, the following conditions apply: > up to 7 calendar days before the tour: 100% refund > between 7 calendar days and 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund > less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund In all cases, the cancellation of the tour must be made by email to info@lemanvisites.com, providing the following details: customer's full name, reservation details and the customer's bank details for the refund.
